What we collect
When you submit a request, we collect what you type in the form, plus the page you were on and how you found the site (for example the referring site or ad campaign). If you call or text our number, our phone provider records the number you called from and the time of the call. It also keeps any voicemail or text you send.
Who we share it with
We share your request with one independent locksmith business serving your area so they can contact you about it. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else, except the service providers that run this website, our phone line and our email, or if the law requires it.
Calls and call recording
Calls to our number are forwarded to the locksmith. Before the call is connected you hear a short notice that the call may be recorded; answered calls may be recorded so we can confirm the request was handled, and voicemails are recorded. If you don't want to be recorded, text us instead.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and clicks without cookies. Once the site is live we may also use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used, such as pages viewed, clicks on the phone number and form submissions. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and device information; you can block it in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). We don't run advertising trackers. The form remembers your ZIP code in your browser for the visit only.
The lead form
The form sends your name, phone number, ZIP code, what you need and any notes to us, and we pass them to one locksmith. We keep a copy for our records so we can answer questions about a request.
Your choices
To have your information deleted, contact us at (984) 342-3191. To stop texts from the locksmith, reply STOP to them.
